Job Description:

MANAGER-OPERATIONS: ONE
Budget – 40-50 k Gender : Male Age : 30 to 45
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To supervise daily operations, oversees employees ,coordinate with all functional areas like QC, HRD,
Purchase ,maintenance and shipping to make sure plant is running smoothly, efficiently and safely.
Maintain all administrative records in proper order
Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports
Regularly monitor performance of man and machinery and implement proper corrective steps
Develop and implement a proper comprehensive preventive maintenance program
Implement ISO and HSE guidelines and follow local statutory regulations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Technology or Master’s degree in Organic
Chemistry. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry may be considered for highly experienced candidates in Resin
manufacturing industry
Min. 10 years experience in chemical Plant operations
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Excellent communication skills
Ability to explain the staff and operators about the process parameters and safety precautions
Experience in Automation with DCS controlled systems is preferred.
Experience in plant operations of Synthetic Resin industry is preferred
Working knowledge of MS Office is desired
