Student Success Manager

Job Description:

Purpose – SSM is responsible for taking care of end to end process of students recruitment cycle (application to visa processing)

Performance Metrics

• Students enrollment, conversion of applications to student recruitment, actual registration of students
• Follow-up to conversion as per leads (category wise)
• Relationship Management post admissions.

• Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
• Committed to work on long term
• Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
• An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
• Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
• Strong IT skills

Work Experience

• 3+ years (Industry experience)

Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate.
