Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading recruitment, Compliance Management. 
  • Work with management team to plan for growth of business and in turn lead recruitment to meet this growth;
  • Overseeing and participating in new employee onboarding, orientation and training initiatives;  
  • Managing the performance process and guiding/supporting leaders in effectively coaching their teams;
  • Payroll, compensation structures and related programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels;

 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English;
  • Strong morals and ethics;
  • Very strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, partnering, relationship management, team building, problem solving, and time/project management;
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email).
  • Must be aware about HR policies and compliances

 

Experience: Candidate should have minimum 4-5 Years experience in HR and admin profile.

Education Qualification: Should be a MBA in HR.
