Key responsibilities include:
- Leading recruitment, employee relations, employee training, compensation, benefits, and other essential HR areas in alignment with our business objectives, desired culture and core values;
- Work with management team to plan for growth of business and in turn lead recruitment to meet this growth;
- Overseeing and participating in new employee onboarding, orientation and training initiatives;
- Managing the performance process and guiding/supporting leaders in effectively coaching their teams;
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a Human Resource position, including
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English;
