Job Description:

Hiring for A up grooving ISO/TS 16949:2008 Certified by TUV. Manufacturing of Major products in 2,3 & 4 wheeler segments. Dealing with some OEM brands Bajaj auto, Tata
motors, Volkswagen, TVS, Renault Nissan, etc.

Position: –   New Product Development Engineer

Qualification: –   BE Mechanical

Experience: – Min 3 Years of Experience in New product development of Sheet metal Industry

Salary Budget: - 4.00 LPA

Roles & Responsibility :-

1) Responsible for New Product Development, manufacturing feasibility, Implementation of ECN.
2) Check, finalize DAP & take tool, welding fixture trials & resolve any NC observed.
3) Responsible for all type of System-related Activities Such as PO, PR, Item code, QCS, Capex, Etc.
4) Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines for various areas of operation like spot
welding assemblies, MIG welding assemblies, projection welded parts, through cell-
Manufacturing technique to improve productivity and reduce manpower, and cycle time.
5) Make a time plan, cost negotiations with suppliers on a technical basis, discussion with suppliers, and customers.
6) Finalize process sequence of new sheet metal part through stamping operations.
7) Develop part and setup welding process and prove the process by JIG/ Fixture adjustment.
8) Develop and trace new methods of the process so that continuous improvement (KAIZEN)
of processes are maintained and reduce the manufacturing cost.
9) Do POKE-YOKE in welded assemblies, stamping parts to avoid any reverse fitment.
10) Responsible for Bajaj Quote assemblies (4WH) as a team leader and develop sheet metal
parts, Jigs, Fixtures, and SPM for Bajaj 3WH chassis.
