Job Description:
We are looking for Male Candidate with a pleasant personality, good communication skills (HINDI & ENGLISH) & computer knowledge.
Job responsibilities –
- Responsible for implementation of all PR activities including on-ground events or media interviews.
- Writing and editing in-house newsletters, speeches, and articles.
- Updating information on the organization's website in coordination with a digital agency.
- Maintaining social media accounts with creative ideas in liaison with a digital agency.
- Proper handling of customer care calls and customer complaints in coordination with different departments.
- Sometimes factory visits with home delivery customers to support the sales team.
- To contact groups, schools or institutes and invite them to our factory.
- Responding to customer care calls.
- Managing our website, social media by getting support from a digital agency.
- Handling customer claims or complaints.
- Support the Marketing and Sales team.
- To invite factory visitors.
- Sometime liaison with media or journalists.
Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate
Gender:Male
Age: 22 to 25.
