Job Description:
- We are looking for Maintenance Engineer-CCM Division in reputed integrated steel plant at Indore location. Candidate Must have knowledge maintenance of CCM, Crane and induction furnace. Plan, develop and implement activities for machine shop management and development so as to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales (covering relevant areas of operation - eg manufacturing, maintenance, quality and Other areas which fall within remit according to organizations structure)
- Maintain all parameters like flow, temperature, pressure of all media fluids as well as their safety aspects.
- Maintenance of pumps, compressors, blowers, gearbox, dryers & heaters, fans, hydraulic cylinders & power packs, Heat exchangers, Cooling towers, Filters, valves, couplings etc.
- Ensuring healthy functioning of media like water, syn gas, nitrogen, propane, oxygen, argon, hydraulics and grease lubrication system during commissioning & maintenance.
- Coordinating with Procurement department & maintaining lowest inventory of spare parts & consumables in Plant.
- Attending - regular PM jobs, breakdowns, planned and unplanned maintenance
- Troubleshooting problems, Plan maintenance schedule, Prepare and modify SMP.
- Failure analysis of equipments & development of spare parts through developing drawing & machining.
- During project BILLET CATER, I was responsible for equipment and man power planning, equipment erection, alignment, protocol checking & commissioning of billet caster equipments.
- Quick repairing of mould , bender and Segments of Rollers
- Installation of mould & bender inside machine.
- Quick thickness change.
- Repairing of mould, bender & segment rollers.
- Repairing of grease line.
- Looking after all fabrication of structure related to caster.
- Looking proper housekeeping & safety at site.
- Billet caster mould inspection & repairing.
- Oscillator inspection.
- Design modification as per site requirement.
