Job Description:

Job Requirement 
 -         Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Engineering or related field or equivalent experience is required
-          A Minimum 5 years of experience in a role of production manager in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
-          Proficiency in MS Office software’s (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
-          Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide employee development.
-          Effective communication skills, both interpersonal and written.
-          Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
-          Plastic manufacturing experience a plus
Responsibilities
-          Responsible for the safe and efficient day to day operation of the injection and blow moulding departments.
-          Provide leadership to all shifts to ensure fair and consistent application of processes and procedures are administered in all shifts.
-          Ensure that production schedules are met by deploying appropriate resources while managing labour costs to productivity standards set for the production department.
-          Monitor process line, manufacturing machine, auxiliary machine’s performance, and should prepare and implement their preventive(improvement) programs periodically.
-          Initiate corrective/preventive and continuous improvement opportunity through defined/document channels.
-          Responsible for generating the requisition of spares required for prevention and maintenance programs and monitoring their implementation.
-          Conduct the training program for newer machine operators, Supervisor or helper and monitor their performance, set coating and share feedback to the reporting head.
-          Communicate regularly with plant personnel to maintain a high level of morale.
-          Work closely with the plant head to ensure plant procedures are followed and monitored for process accordance & effectiveness.
