Job Description:
We are currently looking for Mechanical Head for Steel Melting shop for reputed steel plant at Rourkela location.
- 13 to 20 years of experience in steel melting in steel melting shop
- Experience in Alloy Steel Maintenance preferably high carbon & high alloy contain steel.
- All over plant maintenance smoothly own responsibility.
- Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
- Smooth maintenance working Raw material Handling system.
- Maintenance & overhauling of Belt Conveyor, Tipper Car ,Crusher , Vib. Screen, feeder, Crusher.Planning, implementation & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity
- Experience in bottom preserving casting system.
- Qualification - B. Tech Mechanical.
