Job Description:
Hiring for MIS Executive for the Manufacturing industry
Position: MIS Executive
BCOM/MBA ( Finance) with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts or Finance department.
Should have good command in English, good mathematical and logical abilities, and strong in Excel
Responsibilities-
- Knowledge and experience for handling Tally ERP 9. (Knowledge to Report generation of Accounting as well as inventory)
- Data collection on a Daily / Monthly Basis from Production, Marketing, HR, Store, and Planning Dept. to prepare the report.
- Experience in Excel - Excel Formulas, Data maintenance, Monthly, and Daily Data update in Excel.
- Follow up-to Production to take comments on the Consumption variation.
- Daily & Monthly reports submitted to Management. (Nagar & Supa Units)
- Customer Master update in Production Software (Genie)
- Customized report prepared as per the requirement of Management.
- Inter Branch Bills Processing.
- IF a candidate is fresher that can be considered but should have knowledge of Accounts, Tally, Excel( Must), Good Communication skill.
