 Basic Requirements:  
?Excellent customer service experience is vital 
?Excellent communication/ phone skills is a must  
?Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 
?Coachable and willing to adapt to change 
?Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
?Ability to work in different time zone/shifts to support a global team 
  
Job Requirements  
?Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred 
 
Technical Requirements: 
?Effective IT Troubleshooting Skills  
?Ability to Support a user group of 1000+ 
?2+ years’ experience with enterprise-level support 
?CompTIA A+ Certification or comparable preferred  
?Call Center/Help Desk experience preferred  
?JIRA system experience a plus 
  
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  
?Comprehensive knowledge of current PC operating systems, printing, networking, and application 
environments (macwindows) 
?Effective and efficient organization and time management skills   
?Strong verbal and written communication skills  
?Effective analytical and problem solving skills  
?Excellent telephone skills and customer service orientation  
?Flexibility in dealing with a combination of simultaneous projects and tasks  
?Ability to work well under pressure and meet extremely tight deadlines

?Elifecycle Process (onboarding/transfer/Deactivation)

?Software/Hardware troubleshooting (win/mac)
