Job description- Marketing Head
Sr. Mgmt position reporting to Chairman/MD. Sales and Marketing of TMT Bar.
1. Responsible for business development in the North and East part of India especially Odisha ; monitoring of performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume through providing of proper guidance and motivation.
2. Develop brandimage and position the product in the market.
3. Communication across all customer touch-points though dearer distributors network.
4. Liaison with Govt.
5. Coordination with Production team for production planning according to demand.
Required Candidate profile
1. Marketingexperience in rolling mill of TMT with minimum production target of 1 lakhs ton per annum.
2. Good technical knowledge of product composition.
3. Knowledge of dealing multiple products and depots.
4. Good negotiation skills.
5. Must be able to perform market research and develop marketing strategy with maximum customer and dealer satisfaction.
6. Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
7. Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning
