Responsible for New Mould Development.
? Mould maintenance & rectification.
? Assembly, testing & trial of moulds.
? Trouble shooting & incorporation of feedback results on tool’s application.
? Process, Planning & Control of tooling.
? Quality control & standardization of tooling components.
? Metal injection molding. Trouble shooting in various moulds
- Plastics Injection MouldMaintenance
- Plastics Moulding Process Settings & machine operating
- Responsible for inspection of New Mould as per drawing
- Maintain 5S in Plant.
Prepare all types of Document requirement inMould Maintenance
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidate must be CIPET / B,tech Mechanical with 5-7 Year Experience in tool room
with good managing power
Good knowledge of tool mould maintenance and new development
