Job Description:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach and mentality
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
- Experience in debt and equity due diligence, including investment policy, asset allocation, multi-asset class manager/strategy selection, portfolio management, and ongoing monitoring
- Adept at evaluating alternative investments, with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital mandates.
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating investment securities or strategies.
- Excellent communication, quantitative, and qualitative skills.
- Ability to produce in-depth, insightful research commentary in a timely fashion.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- 3+ years’ worth of experience within finance with a focus on investments.
- Having worked within an investment team for either a family office or asset/investment firm.
- Previously having liaised with external parties on behalf of an organization such as law firms, banks or regulatory bodies.
- Proficient Excel skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a small team.
