Job Description:

We are hiring for a well-established organization looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in GEM portal operations and tender management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Central & State Tender bidding activities

  • Working on GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal

  • Communication and coordination with suppliers

  • Purchase Order (PO) preparation

  • Sales Invoice preparation

  • Bank Guarantee & Security Deposit (SD) related work

  • Communicating with clients, customers, dealers, and employees through emails and calls

  • Maintaining proper documentation and follow-ups

🔹 Candidate Profile:

✔ Hands-on experience with GEM portal & tender processes
✔ Good knowledge of documentation and coordination work
✔ Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
✔ Good follow-up and organizational skills
✔ Ability to handle multi-tasking in a professional office environment
