1. Need Candidate with Telecaller, Data extraction, telecalling, handling emails and facebook posts. No target base calling mainly for greeting calls to end customer. Should be good in communication, computer excel sheets.
2. To handle the Customer Queries Via Call / E-mail To Provide the Information related to Product and services to the customer To answer incoming calls and respond to customers emails.
3. Assist the CEO in daily administrative responsibilities. Checking emails , prepare correspondence. Provide Administrative/Secretarial Support to the Marketing Head. Responsible for file management both physically and electronically which will include: organize documents in files/folders as required; retrieval, sequencing etc. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing telephonic communications on behalf of the Company.
4. Should be bold, Gorgeous ,adjustable open-minded and friendly candidate must have good communication skills.
5. Should have an modern outlook , smart and presentable. Pleasing personality, outgoing, mature and ambitious in nature.
6. Knowledge computer and work on CRM Software
