Job Description:
Walk in Interview for Shift Incharge mechanical maintenance for sponge iron for reputed integrated steel plant at Orissa Location.
Lead the total Mechanical maintenance team of TPD sponge iron plant for the maintenance of various equipments and machineries used in the plant which includes 100TPD Kiln, Cooler, screw compressors, lobe compressors, I.D.fans, bag filters, screens, magnetic separators, conveyor belts, Belt-pulley drives, Chain-sprocket drives, gear boxes, pumps, bearings, couplings, water and air lines etc.
?Coordinate well with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Cell and work very hard to ensure safety at all measures and to ensure pollution free environment at my work area which is a measure concerned area of my company and also for almost all other industries now a days.
? Conversant in mapping project requirements, customized solutions and comparing the same with competitive suppliers in technical as well as commercial aspect for fulfilling the project requirements as well as requirements related to plant maintenance.
? Checking various Engineering drawings for carrying out the project work as well as maintenance work.
? Carry out technical discussions with the competitive suppliers for various equipments and spare
parts and follow up with the suppliers to get the delivery and necessary documents in time.
