Job Description:
Mega Walkin Interview for Engineer/Sr Engineer Mechanical Maintenance SMS(EAF/LRF) for Reputed Integrated Steel Plant at Orissa Location
Checking EAF hydraulic operations by maintaining good quality oil by keeping track through samples.
- * Maintenance of Roof Gantry movement, Roof lifting unit, EAF Tilting, EAF locking, EBT M/C PM for
- smooth operation, EBT Slag cutter PM, RCB PM, Carbon injection M/C, EAF Gunning M/C and etc. *Maintenance of Hydraulic Vane pumps, Piston pumps, hydraulic valves, cylinders & also changing its seals.
- * Maintenance of water cold panels.
- * Maintenance of Material handling belt convers, Drive rollers, Ideal rollers Drive Gearbox.
- * GCP (Gas cleaning Plant) maintenance Gas cooling Chamber, Bag house, Ducting, Id fan and its Fluid coupling, ID fan bearing lubrication oil unit, Conveyers, Rotary valves and etc.
- * Maintenance of ladle furnace by proper inspection of contact clamps, hydraulics for electrode
- * Checking L.F roof hydraulic movement by maintaining good quality oil by keeping track through samples and its guide rollers.
- * Maintenance of hydraulic valves, cylinders & also changing its seals.
- * Minimizing the trouble shooting by proper analyzing the problem.
- * Maintaining 2 nos. ladle transfer trolley for LRF operation.
