Mega Walkin Interview forPRODUCTION MANAGER-BLAST FURNACE for Reputed Integrated Steel Plant at Orissa Location
lab & Billet caster as a operational Shift in-charge.
Perfect and manageable communication with E.A.F and L.R.F For smooth and long sequence in both caster.
Monitoring and controlling various casting parameters for smooth casting.
Controlling and setting of parameter for primary and secondary cooling for various steel grade casting.
Maintaining the quality of slab and billet product .
Manpower, material handling and proper housekeeping in shop floor.
Successful online width changed in slab caster, and hot charging implementation in both caster
Perfectly normalizing the overall system during power failure ,section changed in lowest time in slab.
Conducting daily safety toolbox , training about machine to all manpower, written planning of work durning sequence break with team.
Daily and monthly report preparation SAP production booking.
Document preparation for ISO audit, SOP preparation .
