Job Description:
- Production set up as per production plan
- Manpower handling and make a good discipline between Supervisors & Operators.
- Production Handling with Production Team.
- Materials Handling with Reduce wastage.
- Manpower Handling with maximum Utilization.
- Observation of Mould & materials to Improve product Quality.
- Reduce Rejection Percentage with maximum Production & less Downtime.
- Implementation of 5’s activities.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be CIPET with 3-5 Year Experience in Moulding Production Process
- Production Planning as per Target on Daily, Weekly, Monthly Basis.
- Issuing Materials from store as per Target.
- Guidelines given to the Engineers & Supervisors as per target.
- Guidelines given to the Operators for different types of moulds.
- Aware to the Supervisors & Operators for Housekeeping & Systematically work.
- Check all Production Reports
- Discuss all the matter about Machine, Manpower, Target, Major Problems, Special instructions to the Plant Manager.
