ELECTRICAL ENGINEER-EAF/LRF/CCM
- Maintenance of all types of Electrical work
- 35 ton Electric Arc & Ladle Refining Furnace.
- 110T, 75/20, 35/10 Crane maintenance.
- LT circuit breakers like ACB, MCCB and MCB.
- HT circuit breakers like VCB ,SF 6 .
- Motor starter like Star-Delta, DOL, Forward –Reverse.
- MCC Panel and Power Distribution Boards.
- DEEMAG make continuous casting machine having radius 12.5/21.
- Automatic Mould Level Controller from BERTHOLD SERT METAL.
- ELECTROMAGNETIC MOULD STIRRER from ELOMAT AEG ELOTHERM
- DC DRIVES from SIEMENS.
- AC DRIVES FROM Siemens and Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation).
- TORCH CUTTING MACHINE BY MESSER GRIESHEM having Siemens S5 plc.
- Ingot casting with Annealing Furnace.
- SANDVIK KANTHAL Make gas fired 35 MT BOGIE HEARTH TYPE FURNACE FOR ANNELING.
- Material& Preventive Management modules in SAP System.
- ISO DOCUMENTATION& Process.
