Quality Assurance Head for Leading Pharma Packaging Co.at Mehsana
Job Description:
Leading and Management of IPQA team.
Performing IPQA activity (Line clearance, in-process checks, sampling, etc.) at shop floor for Dispensing, Manufacturing, and Packing area.
Review of executed Batch Processing Records and related cGMP documents for the on-time release of the batch.
Preparation of SOP for execution on shop floor IPQA related activities.
Review of drafted documents such as SOP, Process Validation Protocol, and Batch Manufacturing Records.
Performing IT-enabled transactions (Such as SAP and LIMS) wherever applicable in an accurate and timely manner as per the current procedure.
Ensuring that all processes are done as per SOP, BMR, BPR, and validation protocols.
Ensuring that all processes are done as per cGMP and Regulatory requirements.
Assessment of Breakdown records of equipment and utilities and its closure.
Perform and Ensure that all Non-Conformance were timely addressed through QMS elements.
Performing and ensuring calibration of all critical devices and IPQA instruments as per the schedule.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
5+ Years of Exp as Quality Assurance in Pharma Company.
Must be relocated at Mehsana.
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to take responsibility
