Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed College/University 

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsiblities :

1) Handling loan disbursement process, as per the standard norms of the Company framed/ to be framed from time to time.

2) Drafting and Vetting of legal documents, as per the requirements of the Company.

3) Coordination with Advocates, Solicitors and customers as and when required.

4) Verification and authentication of necessary loan process documents.

5) Handling discrepancies and customer queries post disbursement and pre disbursement.

6) Follow up and coordination with the Channels to process the disbursement of the allotted files.

6) Understanding of Property laws.

7) Legal research, as and when required.

8) Candidates should be able to Read, Write and Speak the local language.

9) Good communication skills.
