Hiring for Sheet metal Press & Fabrication auto Component Products Manufacturing Industry

Position: In-Charge Maintenance

Job Profile:           

1. Planning – Project, Plant & Machinery, Equipment, Utility services.
2. Preventive Maintenance of machines. Ensure PM as per plan.
3. Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA for breakdowns.
4. Review CA/ PA. Review Breakdown analysis.
5. Maintain list and define the methodology for Identification of machines/plant facilities.
6. Provide support in TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).
7. Ensure requirement of personnel, safety measures, during maintenance activity.
8. Identify requirements of critical spares and maintain.
9. Managing various materials, engineering, and commercial aspects for project & maintenance items.
10. Low-Cost Automation.
11. Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
12. On-job training of assistants / Operators.
13. Liasoning with MIDC, MSEB, MPCB & other external agencies for related work.

 Candidate profile               

1. Graduate in Engineering (Optional)
2. Experience in relevant field / our sized group.
3. Exposure in Press, Fabrication Having Hands-on Experience of all kinds of machine maintenance.
4. Exposure for TS, TPM, 5S, Kaizen.
5. Knowledge of Welding robots, PLC, CNC, Drives, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Utility systems, etc

 Job Location: Aurangabad (MH)

 Salary Package:  6 to 8 LPA

 Experience: 9 to 10 Yrs
