Job Description:
Managing production related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules. Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes. Ensuring of proper Working Conditions, Housekeeping, Discipline and Safety at the workstation. Activity in mold change, machine maintenance Trouble shooting of mold, process and machine related problem Preparing daily and monthly production reports for management. Controlling and monitoring of rejection and wastage. Plant start up and shut down. Attending the machine breakdown &handling the man power. Attending the Trouble Shootings and Rectified it . Support the mold change activity. To maintain ISO document (check list, breakdown report, daily maintenance
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
PG Diploma in Plastic Processing Technology from Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology
Experience of working on injection stretch blow molding machine model ASB50 MB(V3&V4),70DPW(V3&V4),70DPH( V3&V4) & injection molding machine & CP Air Compressor, PRADAD KOCH & Reynolds Chillers and PRASAD KOCH or L&T resin Dryer knowledge also. ?
