Shift engineers ( Production department extrusion department)

Job Description:

Plan and organize production, mould/die change schedule & Re-negotiate as necessary to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover required production • Schedule shift as per production needs, monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget. • Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including maintenance, procurement, distribution, and management. • Overseeing production processes, control wastage, reworks & downtime to meet production target & timely dispatches. New material, mould & size trial. • Ensuring for parameter monitoring to avoid variation especially material consumption and product quality. • Planning and Ensuring for regular preventive and autonomous maintenance of machine and moulds

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must be CIPET With 8-9 year experience in Extrusion production 

Involved in Extrusion process of Radial and Bias. • Solve Extrusion process related problems. • Maintain Documents of process specification. • Maintain Documents of Die maintenance history. • To control Rework and Scrap in Process. • Production Process Validation. • Implement & Modify Process for smooth production.
