Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure safe working condition of all employees. If any unsafe activity observed immediately contact with production head and safety head.
2. To check all production as per standard of the product should be as per quality requirement.
3. To test daily production as per lab testing standard.
4. To ensure no production out of specification.
5. No Non-conforming allow during the production.
6. To make daily testing and update quality report and ensure all testing as per specification.
7. chemical verification, weight verification and blending verification should be run as per job card and as per blending sheet.
8. Insure Running of all machines as per standard process parameter for any deviation allow to run after approval.
9. Preserved the samples as per our internal sampling process.
10. Develop all the reports and record related to process and product
11. Maintain documentation of production department as per ISO requirement.
12. To follow the changeover checklist during the changeover and ensure ok change over.
13. Proper handling of non- confirming production.
14. Ensure finished good packing and handling.
15. Active participation of improvement and 5S activity.
