- Coordination with all departments to Conway the plan of mould.
- All types of conventional machines knowledge.

- Review the all new mould so that we know about the mould like it’s easy to assembly purpose, aesthetic look, check the movement of lifters & sliders, cooling channels of moulds to cool properly & ejection of mould, & check the all types of moulds parts like Guide pillar, ejector pillar, return pin, ejector pin guide bush etc.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be DPMT with 3-5 Year Experience in Tool Room as a tool room assembly engineer
Cooling and Ejection assembling and checking. ? Kuku assembling and suiting. Blue matching on Lifter and Insert. Guide Bush, Piller and Ejector pin head suiting. Suiting of Guide rail, Guide Bush, Piller, Pressure pad, Locating ring and Wear plate. Dispatch work of all Moulds. Designing of new moulds for pvc products. Design feasibilities for newly developing part
