Coating Operator-HPS-1046

Job Description:

• Minimum 2 to 5 Years Experience
• Must have experience in operating Coating machines 
• Experience in machine setting and operation.
• Records and maintains the production batch record during the coating operation.
• Observes machine gauges and equipment calibration status and reports any deviations to Superiors.
• Operates auxiliary equipment used in coating pans and Spray Gun setup.
• Cleans and organizes coating room, checks and verifies weight of tablets received from Compression, reports Quality Incidents/Alerts/deviation.
• Weighs and divides coating solution in number of parts as per production batch record.
• Checks and verifies coating material dispensed before making coating solution as per production batch record.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety procedures, work Instructions and company guidelines, and rules, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), standard operating procedures (SOPs) applying to a process or area, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
• Experience in handling the equipment like FBD, FBP, RMG, Blender etc
• Make entries in BMR Log Books
• Know about IPQC instruments
• Hands on responsibility of keeping the machine and adjoining areas clean
• Adequate knowledge of trouble shooting and maintenance of machines
• Responsibility of adhering to all preventive maintenance schedule
• Consistently meeting production plans
• Responsibility of batch changeover and product changeover
