Job Description:
- Knowledge of tool room Conventional machined such as Drilling, Tapping, Reaming, Lathe, Milling, Surface grinding, Cylindrical Grinding etc.
- Maintaining Documents as per ISO.
- Review the 3D & 2D design of mould
- Preparing MIS & MRM Data.
- Yearly / Monthly Budget Preparation for Tool Room.
- Daily Planning for Machine
- Responsible for Mould Maintenance and Mould PM
- Responsible for analyzing and solving the problem related Molds, part quality &efficiency.
- Improvement, ECN Modification in existing tools
- Preventive & predictive maintenance of all Mould
