PRODUCTION MANAGER

Job Description:

1. Provide leadership planning and work assignment.
2. Drug licence application and renewable of licence in State Drug Authority for different type of Formulation.

1. Monitoring & Maintaining Quality Systems in the plant to meet State GMP requirements.
2. To organize inspection & testing of Raw Material, In-Process & Finished Products.
3. Planning and carrying out self-inspection of all the departments as a member of self-inspection team.
4. Pollution control certificate, Fire certificate and Labor Registration
5. Ensuring production targets are achieved as per plan.
6. Monitoring Production and achieve maximum production as per day target.
7. To help in R & D of new products and any clinical trials of the products as suggested by the management within the factory or outside laboratory.
8. Assist in the selection and maintenance of equipment /machines as to best fit to organizational needs

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

B.Pharma / m.sc with 10-12 year experience in ayurvedic medicine products

Experience in Production, Quality assurance/Quality control, R&D in Herbal/Ayurvedic, Cosmetics, Neutraceutical and pharmaceutical Industries.                                                                                                           

pShowed competency in handling Production, Quality assurance/Quality control operations to achieve the desired results for organization
