Job Description:

Place phone calls to potential clients from our data base .
Answer potential clients’ questions about loan acceptance and disbursement process of their loan
Communicate respectfully and politely with customers at all times
It's an outbound process

Required Candidate profile

Should know English
Should know either Tamil / Malayalam/ Hindi 
Should be comfortable working in Fintech Industry
previous experience of working in finance or loan industry
