Job Description:
- Basic knowledge of all machine available in the plant.
- Knowledge of capacity calculation of Machines.
- Knowledge of operation process.
- Knowledge of time study, work study, Line balancing & process lay out development.
- Calculation of Manpower as per process stations.
- Should be dynamic to learn and grow
- Should be comfortable enough to work in a remote plant location
- Process knowledge of rolling mill, sheet metal works, welding, fabrication, lean manufacturing system, 5S, & Kaizen etc.
- Should be able to speak Tamil
- Should have experience in rolling & Tube mills
Must Have : Knowledge of Roll Forming, ERP Operation, Lean Manufacturing, Cost Reduction through operation
