Sr MANAGER/MANAGER MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE-PELLET

Job Description:

?          Hands on experience in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Lubrication equipments.

?          Recomminionsing of 2 MMTPA Pellet plant

?          Successfully achieved 100% of total plant capacity within time limit; consistently maintaining production targets and further working on improving quality and quantity of the product.

?          Maintaining ISO standard and practicing IMS (Integrated Management System)

?          Implementation of SAP under progress.

?          Identifying the various spares and raise indent for the same.

?          In-house spare prepared and with limited recourses recommissioned plant .

?          PM scheduled developed and maintaining .RCFA , CAPA introduced.

?          Coordinate between management and different department heads and overview the entire manufacturing process and premises.

?          Responsible for complete day to day running of the plant which includes coordination with all departments.

?          Planning is done for the necessary preventive and regular maintenance.

?          Conducting regular site visits to ensure optimal maintenance performance.

?          Ensuring that all statutory maintenance and testing is carried out to the relevant standards and properly recorded. 

?          Ensure safety of the facilities and process at all times.

?          Authorizing the purchase of equipment as well as its maintenance or replacement.

?          Assigning daily maintenance duties to various area in-charges and ensuring that all maintenance work is to be done in a timely and efficient manner.

?          Managing maintenance functions related to workshop and technical understanding of machine tool maintenance, fabrication of equipments.

?          Inspiring and giving timely training to the subordinates to achieve great results.

?          Knowledge of advanced maintenance practices like Kaizen, 5S, CBM, TPM, TQM, TBM to achieve consistent performance.
