Job Description:

Manage & achieve production plan of Cipla at contract manufacturing sites by optimum utilization of resources in order to meet business plan
- Manage production planning for contract manufacturing sites to achieve production targets
- Plan for capacity enhancement to meet increase business plan requirements. Sourcing new contract sites
- Monitor and control quality of products manufacturing at contract sites. Ensure contract sites meet regulatory requirements
- Review execution of new products through comprehensive evaluations for ensuring timely launch
- Build and maintain long term relationship with contract manufacturing sites for business continuity
- Drive optimum utilisation of resources towards cost saving & meeting budgetary requirements
- Drive training for team members to develop capability & job skills
