Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lending team. This role involves handling customer interactions over calls, explaining loan products, collecting required information, and supporting customers throughout the loan application process.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high call volumes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and timely customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, convincing ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products and services.
- Clearly explain loan details, including eligibility, loan amount, tenure, interest rates, and application process.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and encourage application completion.
- Collect customer information and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
- Guide customers regarding required documentation and application procedures.
- Follow up with customers to complete applications and resolve pending requirements.
- Address customer queries and provide timely updates on application status.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent qualification; Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or the lending process will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and persuasion skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule
- Working hours between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, based on the assigned shift.
- 9.5 working hours per day.
- 6 working days per week.
- Rotational weekly off.
