Job Description:
SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITY OF REGIONAL MANAGER FOR REPUTED COMPANY AT BHILAI LOCATION.
• Forecast & achievement of objectives
• volume sales : region, area, territory
• key focussed product sales : region, area, territory
• ensure growth as per objective of the division
• achieve optimum market leadership
• enhance productivity
• core customer coverage by all medical representative and area manager
• implementation of promotional strategies and inputs
• Develop relationship with key customer and ensure effective service and satisfaction.
• Coordination with DSM / HO.
• Service VIP customer/ proactive investment plan.
• handle doctor’s opinions/ queries/ objections
• Key stockist management inventory and outstanding payments.
• Always monitor, control to field manager.
• Morale and discipline
• Validation of customer list, STP.
• Regular joint work with : medical representative minimum 4 days
• During field work assess their capabilities.
• correct and improve interpersonal relationships and contribute to team building
• development of weak territory
• core customer relationship
