Job Description:
Hiring for Heavy machinery manufacturing Industry
Position:- Production Supervisor
Education:- BE /Diploma Mechanical
Budget:- Rs.3.80 LPA
Experience:- Min 2 Years of Experience in HPDC / Casting
- Knowledge of Operating Die-casting machines, Die loading, and manpower handling.?
- New product development.
- Production Planning As Per Schedule.
- Monitoring Die-Casting shop production.
- Manpower allocation with imparting on-job training.
- To ensure proper die set-up with parameters control.
- Solving online maintenance problems & casting defects.
- Setting & maintaining process parameters of the machine.
- Documentation & reporting day to day activities to HOD production
- Planning the loading schedule of the machine.
- 5 “S” & kaizen activities training & also played role in implementation.
- To monitor productivities towards fulfilling customer quantity as well as quality.
- To plan, material, machine & method for achieving production target.
- To take corrective & prevention action for house & customer rejection.
