Hard Working Capacity.
Knowledge of Arc welding, SAW welding, plasma
machine operating, Pull Through Welding (PTW)
power press machine, HACO machine, BMS
Team handling capability of both skilled & unskilled
candidate Having good Knowledge of Welding
presenting skills
ITI and Non ITI candidates applicable
- Take corrective & preventive action for reduction of rejection.
- Attend quality meeting & dispose rejection on daily basis.
- Red bin activity/ rejection review
