We have an urgent opening for the position of Area Sales Manager for a reputed Company at Gujarat location.
Job description: Key responsibilities
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
- Networking and developing a strong relationship with potential customers
- Ensuring timely achievement of sales target for the respective project
- Managing end-to-end all sales-related activities with the sales team related to the respective project

Area Sales Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education Qualification – Graduation and above in the field of Commerce only
Experience: Relevant 4-5 years of experience in leading Sales of the Service based organization or its respective product/service
Education: Graduation or above with specialization in marketing or business education (preferred)
Location of Job: Surat (Candidate should be residing from SURAT, Gujarat Location only)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office timing: 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
