- Smooth Operation and maintenance working Product House Handling system.
- Smooth Operation and maintenance working Raw material Handling system.

- Smooth Operating in P.L.C. system.
- All over plant maintenance smoothly own responsibility.

responsibilities includes individual shift operation, maintaining grade, following temperature, assuring feeding profile, proximate analysis of coal, size of raw material & product stock.
* Safety precaution from process on any kind of maintenance job, minimize feed loss.
* Leading & co-coordinating with the electrical & mechanical staffs for preventive action to minimize break down.
* Leading a team of Engineers & field operators responsible for operation & machinery observation.

Company Profile
The company is in midst of implementing a 0.42 Million Tonne Per Annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant to produce steel. Steel thus produced will consume 0.315 Million Tonne Sponge Iron from the proposed unit and 0.03 Million Tonne from the existing unit. Thus consuming the entire quantity of high grade sponge iron produced in its own manufacturing facilities. When iron is smelted from its ore by commercial processes, it contains more carbon, phosphorus, sulphar etc. than is desirable. To produce high quality steel, the elements must be brought to the within the desirable limits. The liquid steel is processed through AOD and VOD furnaces to achieve the desirable limits of elements. The liquid is then continuously casted into long slabs or through ingots.
