Designation : Plant Head

Qualification : BE / Diploma - Mechanical 

Salary CTC : Negotiable 

Job Description :

Objective-  Increasing production, capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

1. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations
2. Responsible for production output, product quality and out-time shipping
3. Effective resource allocation and full utilization of assets to produce optimal results
4. To Monitor all operations and trigger corrective actions
5. To assure to have safety measures at plant
6. Corrective action to prevent wastage
7. To assure proper and cost effective usage of power supply
8. To analyse production plan and estimate the required manpower.
9. To assure time management in every aspect of plant and keep the track of the same
10. Keep updated with latest production management best practices and concepts
11. Act as a mentor to all workers/supervisors/ freshers and keep them upgrading
12. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
