Job Description:
- Monitoring of Injection moulding m/c.
- Hourly basis DPR updated.
- m/c abnormality find out & take proper action .
- Process parameter setting.
- Responsible for all check sheet and report .
- Responsible for part wise document on m/c.
- Handling the manpower according to production planning.
- Monitoring of Down Time and reduce it and standardize for every Break Down.
- Responsible for suggestion and Kaizen activities.
- Rejection analysis and reduction of line rejection.
- Corrective and preventive action for control Rejection.
- Follow up with PPC Department to ensuring the availability of raw material.
- Monthly stock verification .
- Shift handover & Take over.
