Job Description:

Interest to learn and work on critical Moulds.

• Review the all new Mould so that we know about the Mould like it’s easy to assembly process, Aesthetic look , Blue matching & check the movement of Lifter ,Sliders. Cooling channels of Moulds to cool properly & also check the ,shrinkage of Mould according to part material ,ejection of Mould, how to avoid flow mark, proper air vent , how to reduce the Mould & machining cost like CNC,EDM , & check the all types of standard Moulds parts like GUIDE PILLAR , EJECTOR PILLAR ,RETURN PIN EJECTOR PIN;BUSH etc.

• Part quality checking according to 2D &3D .

• Rectify the Moulds [Mould Maintenance].

•  achievement in T0( initial trail)

• Achieve the T0 on date.

• Participation in company supports.

• Positive and Practical approach. Working with maintainning 5’S System.

• Can handle all types of Conventional &Non-conventional Tool room m/c & Bench fitting works

Can read 2D and 3Ddrawing’s and able to understand also.

• Work Management in team for timely completion of Projects.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates must have DPMT /NTTF/TRTC and Diploma In Tool and die making with 3-5 Year Experience in Mold Assembly

Candidates Have Good Communication skill

Having Valid passport

ready to move
