Qualification : BE / Diploma - Mechanical
Salary CTC : Negotiable
Job Description :
Objective- To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently
- To plan and organise production schedules
- Estimating, Negotiating and Agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- To ensure health and safety regulations
- To determine quality control standards
- To oversee production process
- Renegotiating timescales or schedules as and when required
- To analyse and raise the material requirement to Purchase Department
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- supervising the work of junior staff
- Organising relevant training sessions
