Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Graduate And MBA from recognized institute having 5 year experience in HR/Admin/ Training & Development.
Good knowledge of computers/Ms word/ excel/ Power point presentation etc.
- Daily attendance management of all units and client location employees in the organization.
- Payroll process and handling Salary grievances, Prepare the salary of the employees.
- Handling Leave management system.
- Leave entering in the Payroll software and maintaining the Leave Register (Form B and Form 15) as per act.
- Uploading/Feeding and checking of deduction amount in the Payroll software such as Uniform, Canteen and loan/advance etc.
