  • Contractual labour handling and complinces.
  • Statutory Compliance under labor laws.
  • Administration, Labour court and civil court.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Graduate  And MBA from recognized institute having 5 year experience in HR/Admin/ Training & Development. 

Good knowledge of computers/Ms word/ excel/ Power point presentation etc.

  • Daily attendance management of all units and client location employees in the organization.
  • Payroll process and handling Salary grievances, Prepare the salary of the employees.
  • Handling Leave management system.
  • Leave entering in the Payroll software and maintaining the Leave Register (Form B and Form 15) as per act.
  • Uploading/Feeding and checking of deduction amount in the Payroll software such as Uniform, Canteen and loan/advance etc.
