Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Head Sales- MANDATE for a reputed Real Estate Company for the Mumbai/Thane location

Job Responsibilities: 

  •  Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project-specific sales.
  •  Managing entire sales operations of luxurious project (suburbs)
  • To provide inputs pertaining to planning, designing, pricing strategy,competition analysis,events & promotions and estimation of revenue generation for the project.
  •  Managing entire sales
  • Devising team KPIs & guiding the team to achieve the sales targets.
  • Provide inputs pertaining to sales performance, market competition, sales projection as an input.
  • Reviews tasks completed by team members and conductregular performance reviews.
  •  Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
  •  Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the Indian real estate market.
  •  Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builders and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
  •  Meeting Property Service Providers.
  •  Making available property database of the area.
  •  Catering clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal visits.
