Job Description:
- Bulk & Finished Products analysis by UV-VIS Spectrophotometer.
- Prepare Analysis Report of Bulk Products.
- Prepare COA of Finished Products.
- Raw Material analysis.
- Calibration of Ultraviolet
- Calibration of pH meter.
- Operate HPLC.
- Calibration of HPLC.
- Responsible For all Activity of Q.C Department ,cGLP as per 21(CFR)part 11,DRA documents for export,
- Ensure and review,Approval of R.M Finished Products and Stability of Product with packaging materials as Per I.C.H. Guideline.review of chromatographic data,all analytical reports and instrument,calibration as per annual calibration schedule.
- Ensure and Maintaining G.L.P in Q.C. Department AMC of Instrument and Troubleshooting Of Laboratories , Instrument
- Preparation and Implement of to Analytical Method Validation Protocol and Process Validation
- Ensure and Preparation of O.P. of Q.C. Department for Good Laboratory Practises and Implementation
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be B.pharma / B.sc with 3-4 Year Experience in Pharmacuetical Manufacturing Company
As a QC Chemist
Good Knowledge of HPLC
