Position: - Maintenance Senior Engineer
Qualifications: - BE / Diploma Mechanical
Experience: - Min 6 years of Experience in Machine shop CNC, VMC
Salary: Up to 4.20 LPA
JOBProfile:-
- Maintaining Daily Maintenance log
- Maintaining all Machines oil Consumption
- Solving problems related to Hydraulic & Pneumatic
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical
- Attending Breakdown of VMC, CNC, HMC, Unisign, Grinding, Induction Hardening, Facing Centring machines Etc.
- Knowledge of Replacement of axis bearings, Ball screw Replacement, LM replacement.
- On Turning center Attending Problems Related to Turret, Turret alignments.
- Attending breakdown maintenance of CNC Turning, Grinding, VMC
- Fixture Maintenance & Pipining Work Leakage Cylinder Internal Leakage.
- HMC Machine Z-Axis Boll Screw Greasing.
