Job Description:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR REVALIDATION SYSTEM AS PER CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT FOR FINAL AND CHILD PART
- RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESS INSPECTION AND FLOW OF PARTS IN EVERY PROCESS WISE
- ALSO DO VENDOR AUDIT AS PER CONTROL PLAN
- RESPONSIBILITY OF PART LAYOUT INSPECTION ON CO-ORDINATE MEASURING MACHINE (CMM).
- CALIBRATION AND MAINTAINANCE OF INSTRUMENTS (PROFILE PROJECTOR, VERNIER CALIPER ,MICRO METER , HARDNESS TESTER, ROUGHNESS TESTER etc).
- Documentation of NEW PART DEVELOPMENT RELATED TO PPAP, CARV.
- RUBBER PARTS & SHEET METAL PARTS LAYOUT INSPECTION AS PER DRAWING
HANDLING INTERNAL/ EXTERNAL CUTOMER
Good knowledge of
ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008 IATF 16949:2016.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be B.tech In Mechanical wit 3-5 Year EXperience in QA Documentation
- Quality Circle Quarterly.
- Process Audit, Parameter Adherence and records as per IATF.
- CAPA submission on internal and external concerns.
- Product layout inspection as per plan.
- Product performance testing and records.
- Pre-Dispatch Inspection and records of semi finished material.
- Documentation SOP of process and other operations.
- Responsible for maintenance of all the Records and Format as per Quality Procedure.
- NON Conformity Raised vs. closed (in process or product) and suspected material disposition.
- Visit to Customers for resolving the queries & to clearly understand Customer Requirements.
- TPM Implementation.
